Drake is one of only two artists in history to monopolize the top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100.
On September 13, Billboard officially announced the Top 100 list on the Billboard Hot 100. In which, the top 10 attracted special attention when Drake dominated with 9/10 songs.
Billboard claims this is one of the most surprising weeks in this chart's 63-year history when an artist holds up to 9 spots in the top 10. The only place that doesn't belong to Drake is No.6 with the song Stay by The Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber. Thus, Drake also became the first artist in history to have 9 songs in the top 10 at the same time on this prestigious chart.
According to Billboard, Drake has officially rivaled the legendary band The Beatles. Becoming one of the artists that once monopolized the top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100. Before that in 1964 The Beatles also did this
The 21 songs on Drake's new album Certified Lover Boy are in the top 100 of the Billboard chart. These can be considered as extremely respectable achievements of the male rapper. On the Billboard 200 chart, the owner of the hit Hotline Bling also holds the throne with 613,000 album units in the US this week.
Meanwhile, the cult group's Butter dropped dramatically, reaching 17th place this week, dropping 16 places from the previous week to make way for Drake's Way 2 Sexy.
